Toner Cartridge Recycling Program
The goal of the Toner Cartridge Recycling Program is to achieve zero landfill waste by reusing parts, recycling materials, and employing energy recovery. This program is for Canon brand all-in-one and multiple component toner cartridges only. For a complete program guide, click here.
To help conserve resources and reduce energy during transportation, Canon asks its customers to return more than one cartridge per shipping label. This can be done by retaining several cartridges with boxes, then using the Bundled Box or Volume Box Return options. Shipping labels can be downloaded at no cost by clicking on the button below.
Canon Toner Recycling Programs
Toner Container Collection Program
Unlike Canon's all-in-one cartidges, these toner containers are made mainly of plastic material making them suitable for local recycling and local energy recovery in many areas of the country. When local recycling is utilized, the environmental impact associated with transportation of containers is reduced.
If local recycling or energy recovery of Canon plastic toner containers is not available in your area, Canon asks that customers ship them to the address below at their expense. Once received by our facility, Canon assumes the responsibility and cost for recycling to keep our toner containers from going into landfills.
